I was stuck in an incredibly hard spot with needing to find a place right away because my landlord sold the house out from under me. I needed to get out of there in a hurry but I also wanted to find a place that wasn't just something I got into just because and had to stick with it. Landon literally worked night and day while I was at work he would send me links and ideas and all along willing to look at any place at any time. Even helping me at 9 pm at night! After working all day he still got together with me and we went and looked at many houses. He made sure to point out things that were wrong or could be potentially wrong along with pointing out things that would really make the house worthwhile. Landon took the extra time to contact other realtors for houses either just coming to the market or ones that were off market sales that a normal buyer would not have access to. Because of this and his constant willingness to find me a place that I really enjoyed, he was able to find a house that just went down in price literally minutes after it went down.He put in a bid for me right away make sure that it was in front of the seller first thing. I was able to win the house but it didn't stop there with what Landon was willing to do. He went out of his way on multiple, multiple occasions not only offering all kinds of help but made sure that things were going smoothly and on time so that I was able to get into my house before I actually had to be out of my rental. He checked up on meand offered me help and even to this day is still making sure that everything is going smoothly. Please do not look at his age and think that he will not be willing to work for you or will not find you the place of your dreams. You will not be disappointed in anything that he does because he will make sure from every end that you are happy throughout the entire process. If I could rate over five stars I would! Do not pass this man up! The area and the house and everything about it where I am at is so amazing I am so completely pleased with all of it! He will also be who I use for my forever home!
