Ryan Spellerberg has spent 25 years helping people across the region achieve homeownership and build wealth through real estate. He specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, service members, and real estate investors. He has been awarded "Lender of the Year" by the South Dakota Housing Association seven times, specifically for his work with first-time homebuyers.

A Sioux Falls resident for over fifteen years, Ryan now serves on the Sioux Falls City Council and hosts the Hot Topics in Real Estate podcast.

Ryan is passionate about affordable housing and financial literacy. He proudly supports Habitat for Humanity and the Sioux Falls Veterans Community Project. He has also helped many families get out of debt by teaching Financial Peace University, even joining a family on a trip to Nashville to perform their "debt-free scream" on the Dave Ramsey show.

Ryan grew up in Lidgerwood, North Dakota, and graduated from Northern State University in Aberdeen. He currently resides in Sioux Falls with his wife, Emily, and two dogs, Bee and Brandi. Ryan enjoys staying active through working out, biking the trails, kayaking, and golfing. Ryan is also a die-hard Chicago Bears fan. Go Bears!
